Exploding in popularity, Guidance Counselor has made quite the impact. Enlisting the drumming of Starfucker member Keil Mitchell, they have become one Portland’s best dance acts. Lead singer Ian Anderson has made it a point to “spread fun” during his ventures into self-produced beats. They have the energy of a four-piece, which may make sense considering no one in the crowd stands still during their sets.
